Phil has expertise in investment research, financial planning, and portfolio construction. Phil joined The SSLL Group in 2019. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. Phil earned his CFP® designation in 2022.
Growing up, Phil became bilingual through a Spanish Immersion K-12 program in Grand Rapids. He went on to study Business Administration and Spanish in college, where he also competed on Michigan's club golf team and was a sports news anchor on Wolverine TV. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, tending to his lawn, traveling, and spending time on or near the water.
